Mailouts: Design and mailout “Just Listed” and “Open House” cards to our proprietary list of neighbors and “Move Up” neighborhoods in order to give your property the most exposure. The Internet/E-Marketing: The Internet is one of our most powerful and effective tools. Not only will your property be proudly profiled on my Exclusive Listing Page, it will also be displayed on the Weichert homepage and featured in the Multiple Listing Page, making it accessible to thousands of prospective buyers 24 hours a day.

Brochures: We will prepare a marketing brochure highlighting your homes most dramatic features and characteristics.

Public Open Houses: Open Houses are to be scheduled as often as needed to sell the property. Normally, open houses are done twice a month for the first two months. After our planned open houses, we will have a meeting to discuss possible marketing strategies.

Broker Open Houses: An important aspect of the marketing process includes marketing your property to all the Brokers and Agents at a “Brokers’ Open House.” This includes providing all visitors with informational packets highlighting the homes best features, including financing options.

Signs: If allowed, a “For Sale” sign will be displayed in front of your home. Statistically, almost 90% of calls coming into the office are from signs -having a sign on your property dramatically increases our chances of selling your home!
